This website is designed, hosted and maintained by Asentia (Fidel Echevarría González, NIF 72188756J) on behalf of Fitness Center. Texts, photos and videos belong to the gym or are used with its permission, and may not be copied or reused without authorisation.

What data and why. This website has no forms, sign-up or booking inside the page. If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we use what you tell us (your name, phone number and message) to reply and to book you into a class or an assessment.

Legal basis. You ask us to: handling your enquiry or booking (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long. As long as needed to help you; after that, only what the law requires us to keep.

Who else is involved.

  • Asentia (Fidel Echevarría González, NIF 72188756J): designs, hosts and maintains the website, as data processor.
  • Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting. This means an international data transfer, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
  • WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us there, its own terms also apply.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it, and we never use it for advertising.

Your rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to fitnesscentersantander@gmail.com or at the gym. If you feel your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

3. Cookies

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and its fonts are served from its own domain, not from Google.

The English home page has a Google Maps map that only loads if you tap «Show the map». From then on, Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Wellhub and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own cookies and terms.
